The changes of ISO Form

Please be informed that there have the changes for several documentation of QMS MS ISO 9001:2008 that involving the overall of documents consist of three(3) document. Here is the list of documents amended:

(1) UPM/SOK/PYG/P001-Maintenance overhaul of
(2) SOK/PYG/BR01-Application Development Services
(3) SOK/PYG/BR02-Incpection Form

Sir/Madam are adviced to download those form at http://www.reg.upm.edu.my/eISO/
Please Shrider all documents expire that have been printed before, to avoid the use of expired documents.
