PPPA UPM MEGA CLEAN-UP PROGRAMME STRENGTHENS EKSA CULTURE AND CONDUCIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT
SERDANG, 24 April 2026 – The Office of Development and Asset Management (PPPA), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), organised a Mega Clean-Up Programme with full staff participation to تعزيز teamwork and strengthen the implementation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA). The programme included workspace cleaning, reorganisation, labelling, and systematic document management, along with recycling activities and disposal of damaged or unused items. Staff were assigned to various areas such as offices, file rooms, and common walkways. The initiative demonstrated strong commitment from PPPA staff and management, while promoting “Jiwa PUTRA” values and contributing to a cleaner, more organised, and productive work environment.
