Please be informed that the date of the Internal Audit Quality Management System MS ISO 9001:2008 has been changed to a new date as follows:

> 31 March to 3 April 2014 (Group A, B, C and D);
> 21-24 April 2014 (Groups E and F), and
> 13-14 May 2014 (Group G Centre for Marine Science)

The Office of Asset Management and Development was scheduled to be audited on 23 to 24 April 2014. STAFF are adviced to prepared the adequacy of the files that record the quality of the internal audit process run smoothly. Please limit outdoor activities and shall remain in office during the implementation of the internal audit.
